Two arrested while four convicted on various offences

ZIZ News…16th May 2013 — Victor Challenger of Sandy Point was formally charged for the offence of Wounding With Intent which was committed on 16th May 2013.

Osbert Wilkenson of Verchild’s Village was formally charged for the offences of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Failing To Give A Blood Sample which were committed on 15th May 2013.

Meanwhile, Wayne Grant of Stone Fort was convicted for the offence of Parking In A No Parking Area which was committed on 21st December 2012 and was cautioned.

Elroy Henry of Lodge was convicted for the offence of Not Stopping At Bus Stop which was committed on 7th December 2012, and Using Cell Phone While Driving which was committed on 10th August 2012. For Not Stopping At Bus Stop charge, he was fined $100.00 to be paid in fourteen days or in default serve seven (7) days imprisonment and for Using Cell Phone While Driving, he was fined $200.00 to be paid in seven (7) days or in default serve one month imprisonment.

Roysteen Wilkenson of Lodge Project was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Insurance and Driving Without A Licence which were committed on 20th March 2012. He was fined $500.00 to be paid in one month or in default serve one month imprisonment and for Driving Without A Licence charge, he was cautioned.

Lennis Dickenson of Challengers was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 9th February 2012 and was fined $400.00 to be paid in seven days or in default serve fourteen (14) days imprisonment.
