Twenty-one young persons have given their career-path a boost, by answering the Eastern Caribbean Institute of Banking (ECIB) proposal to improve their business-oriented skills.

Charles Morton, Manager of the Bank of Nova Scotia, Nevis branch said, he is sure that the workshop will sharpen the participants’ skills and enable them to perform at a higher and more competitive level, in the working world.

Morton, one of the founding members of ECIB said, the workshops are structured to assist any job venture the participants are leaning towards.

Persons from the Banking and Financial Services sector were invited to interact with and lend their expertise to the young prospects during the week-and-a-half-long project.

This is the sixth year since ECIB has hosted the workshop.
