Taiwan Highlights Strong Ties with St. Kitts and Nevis
NEW YORK: The Rt. Hon. Dr. Denzil Llewellyn Douglas and Senator Hon. Dr. Joyelle Clarke, Minister of Environment, Climate Action, and Constituency Empowerment, were among the distinguished guests at the “Taiwan Friendship Night” held in New York. The event, hosted by Taiwan’s Representative to the United States, Ambassador Alexander Yui, and Director-General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York (TECONY), Tom Chih-chiang Lee, celebrated the enduring partnership between Taiwan and St. Kitts and Nevis.
Director-General Lee, who previously served as Taiwan’s resident ambassador to St. Kitts and Nevis, warmly welcomed the ministers, expressing gratitude for their continued friendship and support.
