A Reading Intervention Programme is being implemented in schools across the Federation, says Minister of Education, the Honourable Jonel Powell, during his contribution to the Budget Debate on December 18.

The Help a Child Programme which has, over the past 17 years awarded students of constituency #7 with scholarships of $500 has been applauded by parents and teachers.
