Drought Warning Issued For St. Kitts And Antigua

The Caribbean Climate Outlook Forum (CARICOF) of the Caribbean Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (CIMH) has recommended that a “Drought Warning” be issued for Antigua and St. Kitts.

CARICOF urges the countries to take the following actions:
1. Conserve and recycle water
2. Release public service announcements
3. Implement water management plans
4. Last minute infrastructural repairs and upgrades.
