ST. KITTS, OCTOBER 22, 2010 (CUOPM) – A 6.1 generating set at the Needsmust Power Station should be completed soon.

Superintendent of the Needsmust Power Plant, Mr. Kevin Bennett said the 8MB30 was damaged a few months ago and the alternator had to be sent to Miami, Florida for repairs.

“The alternator is now on site and is presently being installed,” said Mr. Bennett.

He said the generator should be back on line by the end of October.
