Kittitian Superstar 2026 Returns, Opens Submissions

BASSETERRE — The ZIZ Broadcasting Corporation has officially opened submissions for the 2026 season of Kittitian Superstar, inviting aspiring singers across St. Kitts and Nevis to compete for the national talent title on ZIZ TV Channel 5.

Hopefuls are being asked to upload a performance video and tag “#KSS2026” on Facebook and Instagram, or submit their audition directly via WhatsApp to 1-869-668-4647.

The announcement follows a dramatic conclusion to the 2025 season, which saw Iquanja Bradley crowned Kittitian Superstar after a closely contested Grand Finale in November. Bradley secured the top spot with 270 points, edging out First Runner-Up Romecia Prentice, who finished with 267 points. Bradley’s performances included an emotional a cappella tribute to his late parents and a high-energy soca number, a contrast that judges and viewers credited for sealing his win.

Kittitian Superstar, now returning for a new season, has become one of the Federation’s most anticipated platforms for local musical talent since it was founded by ZIZ radio personality St. Clair “Chico” Guishard — the unmistakable voice behind the wildly popular Jump Off Show and Love Connection on ZIZ Radio 96.1FM, and the visionary founder and host of Kittitian Superstar. Reflecting on the show’s lasting pull with audiences, Guishard said Kittitian Superstar has grown from a grassroots singing competition into one of the Federation’s most iconic entertainment platforms.

“Kittitian Superstar has always been about giving our people a stage to showcase what they’ve got,” Guishard said. “Every season, I’m reminded of just how much raw talent we have right here at home. This platform started as a simple singing competition, but it’s grown into something much bigger — a real celebration of Kittitian culture and identity. That’s what keeps me committed to it, season after season.”

Past seasons of the competition, produced by the ZIZ Broadcasting Corporation, have followed a multi-week format with weekly eliminations and a live Grand Finale. A panel of esteemed judges rate contestants on vocal ability, stage presence and artistry. Previous winners have received cash prizes and professional music video packages from sponsors.
