Clinton shirks Caribbean issues

The likely Democratic nominee for president, Hillary Clinton, was the keynote speaker at the NAACP’s Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner in Detroit, in which she expressed a concern that she was going to “shirk” what needs to be done.

In the event, Clinton went on to do just that by failing to deal with several questions relating to Caribbean issues submitted in advance.
