Dominica opposition leader accused of economic treason
Opposition leader in Dominica, Lennox Linton, has been accused of economic treason and of being unpatriotic for his comments during an interview with a US-based journalist.
Linton was due to appear as an interviewee on ‘60 Minutes’, a CBS News program in the United States on January 1, 2016. The program, dubbed ‘Passports for Sale’, is a report by Steve Kroft on how small countries like Antigua and Barbuda, and Dominica, offer citizenship for a price, creating ways to ease travel for international citizens.
