Dreamy Weddings Named A-List Wedding Planner by Destination Weddings and Honeymoon magazine

St. Lucia, West Indies; February 28, 2010: Dreamy Weddings & Tours, the leading Caribbean wedding planning agency, has just been named an A-List Destination Wedding Planner by Destination Weddings & Honeymoons magazine (DWH). The 2010 DWH A-List is a brand-new initiative for Destination Weddings & Honeymoons, launched in conjunction with the magazine’s five-year anniversary.

Dreamy Weddings & Tours Inc. specializes in providing romantic tropical weddings for the beautiful Caribbean islands of Antigua, Anguilla, Aruba, Barbados, Belize, Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts & Nevis, Jamaica, St. Bath’s, St. Lucia and St. Maarten. Dreamy Weddings & Tours makes “Caribbean Dreams a Reality” for brides and grooms. Over the last 11 years, Dreamy Weddings has planned more than 1,000 weddings with no two ever alike.

The DWH A-List is a prestigious group of planners selected by the DWH editorial staff, who discreetly sought recommendations from planners’ past clients. Dreamy Weddings is one of only 30 DWH A-List Wedding Planners worldwide!

“The DWH A-List provides our readers a critical service: recommendations for respected planners with long-standing and strong reputations within the industry,” said Erika Hueneke, Associate Editor, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons magazine. “Research shows that almost half of couples planning destination weddings use the services of a wedding planner, and with the introduction of the DWH A-List, they can turn to expert planners who have met DWH’s high professional standards.”

“Over the last 11 years, we have built a solid reputation as THE leading wedding planner for all Caribbean destination weddings,” said Natalie John, Founder and CEO of Dreamy Weddings. “Dreamy Weddings covers all wedding needs, from accommodations to ceremony/reception locals to personal stylists. But it’s that intangible service of TRUST that we pride ourselves on. By being named a DWH A-List Planner, couples will know Dreamy Weddings is approved by Destination Weddings & Honeymoons magazine, the most trusted travel sources for brides and grooms.”

Dreamy Weddings produces the most simple and alluring wedding plans to the most elaborate. As Natalie John explains, a simple request of a “white sand oasis studded with pink conch shells, and accentuated with exotic tropical ginger lily and orchid blooms” signifies the purist Caribbean beach nuptials.

But Dreamy Weddings has produced even more, over the top nuptials.

“One wedding featured a bamboo canopy, draped with festive Caribbean colored organza. Bamboo pillars were adorned with hybrid anthurium lilies, cymbidium and dendrobium orchids, bird of paradise and ginger lilies,” explained Natalie John. “The aisle was created with fresh water conch shells edging a carpet of freshly picked bougainvillea petals. The guests were treated to local straw fans tied to each chair and the tables covered in the bride’s festive Caribbean colors. The wedding party was entertained by lovely tunes of steel pan music under a blanket of twinkling stars and dined on a sumptuous Caribbean menu with local rum punch, vermouth and French Champagne.”

Dreamy Weddings will be featured in the DWH A-List section of Destination Weddings & Honeymoons’ March/April 2010 print issue, on newsstands February 23. Also, you will find Dreamy Weddings’ feature online at www.destinationweddingmag.com.
