Forecasters Keep Eye on Remnants of Beryl over The Bahamas as Chance Remains it Could Regenerate
Forecasters are still not ruling out Beryl making a comeback, and are keeping an eye on what is left of the system that became the first hurricane of the Atlantic hurricane season late last week.
A large area of cloudiness and disorganized thunderstorms associated with the remnants of Beryl is located over much of the Bahamas and extends northwestward over the western Atlantic for a few hundred miles, the National Hurricane Centre (NHC) in Miami says.
