Four killed in bloody Tuesday attacks

CrimeSceneDKingston, Jamaica — Four people were killed in separate incidents by unknown assailants in Clarendon, St Catherine and St Andrew on Tuesday, sources close to OBSERVER ONLINE have disclosed.

Preliminary reports are that two people were killed in separate incidents in Rocky Point and Hayes, in Clarendon. In one incident it is said that the body of a man, estimated to be in his late 60s was discovered in his house with his throat slashed and multiple chop wounds. Meanwhile, a 40-year-old man known as Fitzroy was shot dead in Rocky Point.

In an attempted robbery in the Dunbeholden area of St Catherine, 63-year-old Lola Mullings was shot dead and her house burnt to the ground after she refused to meet the demands of the intruders.

A relative managed to escape unhurt.

Meanwhile, the body of an unidentified man was discovered about 9:00 pm with gunshot wounds in Stony Hill, St Andrew after residents reportedly heard explosions and called the police.
