Kittitian captures Western Union Business Network Top Operational Award

Ms. Shanoy Walwyn, 2009 Western Union Business Network Customer Service Representative FLA of the Year

ZIZ News…Sept 9 2010 – Kittitian Shanoy Walwyn, one of Western Union’s Business Network Customer Service Representatives, is the recipient of the 2009 FLA (Front Line Assistant) of the Year Award, for the Eastern Caribbean islands.

The announcement and presentation of a plaque and monetary prize was made by Mr. Oneal Beaver, Manager of Eastern Caribbean Operations, at the Annual Customer Service Representative Training Seminar and Retreat held recently in the Federation.

In congratulating the outstanding professional, Beaver noted that Ms. Walwyn performed exceptionally well on the 2009 Compliance and Customer Service Examinations and carried out her duties proficiently with consistent accuracy.

“Shanoy Walwyn received the highest points for the GraceKennedy Money Services Leeward Region and therefore was chosen the top CSR. She attained an overall score of twenty-five (25) out of a possible thirty (30) points. Additionally, she received an excellent grade in the Compliance and Customer Service Exams in 2009, and was one of the top persons to have the least errors in Customers’ Transactions during the same year. We are very proud to have her as part of our team,” stated Beaver.

Ms. Walywn joined the staff of TDC Airlines Services Limited in July 2006, and now functions as a Senior FLA. Her commitment to providing unmatched levels of Customer/Client Care, along with a pleasant demeanor is continuously demonstrated and often praised by coworkers and Customers, alike.
