The first Kuwaiti embassy in a CARICOM country, Guyana, is still on the cards, according to diplomats working quietly and diligently to see this proposal come to fruition.
It may also very well be the first Arab diplomatic mission in a CARICOM country, and would be a significant development for the Community.
