National Carnival Queen Pageant Committee clears the air

ZIZ News…Oct. 7, 2010 – In response to the recent article on SKNVIBES on October 5, 2010, entitled “Sneak Peak at National Carnival Queen Pageant’s Sensational Six” the National Carnival Queen Pageant Committee would like to inform the general public that the Chairperson of the National Carnival Queen Pageant Committee did not disclose the names of any individual for the upcoming National Carnival Queen Pageant.

The release further stated that the photos posted on SKNVIBES, are not authorized photos and were not provided by the National Carnival Queen Pageant Committee.

The Chairperson of the National Carnival Queen Pageant Committee during the interview provided details of the theme of the upcoming National Carnival Queen Pageant and specifically stated that no contracts of participation had been signed as yet and that the names of contestants will be disclosed at a date prior to the official launch of Carnival on October 16, 2010.

The release concluded by stating that the Management of SKNVIBES acted irresponsibly and unprofessionally, by posting this article; showed a lack of judgement as the public has been led to believe that the information regarding the contestants in the National Carnival Queen Pageant was provided by the Chairperson of the National Carnival Queen Pageant Committee and the National Carnival Committee.
