PM Spencer congratulated on Independence Anniversary

ST. KITTS, NOVEMBER 2, 2010 (CUOPM) – As the Government and People of Antigua and Barbuda celebrate the 29th Anniversary of Independence, Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas has sent a congratulatory message to his counterpart in St. John’s, Dr. the Hon. Baldwin Spencer.

“As your nation opens this twenty-ninth chapter in its epic journey towards progress and success, may the national pride, resilience and steadfast unity of your people and the magnanimity and dynamism of your leadership usher you all to greater heights of accomplishment,” said Prime Minister Douglas.

The St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister told PM Spencer that he looks forward to continued collaboration and cooperation “with you in the various fora, both regional and international, in which we are jointly engaged.”
