Police Makes Formal Arrest: Robbery Tour Bus

ZIZ News…19th November 2010 – Police have formally arrested and charged three (3) of the four (4) persons of interest for armed robbery in relation to the Sunday 14th Robbery of passengers on board a tour bus in the Sandy Point area.

The names are as follows:

1.Junior “Q” Sobratie 24 years old of Crab Hill, Sandy Point.
2.Devon “X-Man” Hodge 28 years old of Farm Site, Sandy Point.
3.Grenville “Rogie” Rogers 20 years old of Romney Ground, Sandy Point Sandy Point.

According to the Press and Public Relations Officer Inspector Vaughn Henderson, investigators have also indicated that they have in their possession a 4th and a 5th warrant in the first instance for two (2) more persons for the armed robbery of the tour bus and are in the process of laying charges. The names would be made available to media as soon as charges are laid.

The High Command wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to not only the police officers who have been working tireless less but also the general public who have rendered their assistance in the giving of information. The High Command is also making a general appeal the public to continue to partner with the police and not to let up in their support while we all work together to reduce crime and violence in our beautiful and peaceful federation.
