Police recovers illegal firearm in Nevis
ZIZ News…June 21, 2010 – A police release recently stated that on Thursday 17th June 2010 at approximately 10:30 am, Police on Nevis conducted an intelligence led operation in the Fountain Village area and recovered one (1) .40 pistol among some bushes.
No one has been made accountable for this find; however, the illegal firearm was taken into police custody for further analysis and investigations.
To date this is the 27th illegal firearm taken into police custody for 2010.
