Policeman stabbed, in stable condition

Kingston, Jamaica – A policeman attached to the Traffic Department was stabbed last night while on duty in the Half Way Tree area of St Andrew. The policeman was stabbed three times in his back and once on his right hand. A person has been taken into custody in connection with the stabbing.

The policeman was taken to hospital where he was admitted. He is listed as being in stable condition.
