Notice is hereby given that Gary Ricaldo Liburd, of Braziers Estate, St. John’s Parish, Nevis, has applied to the High Court for the issue of a First Certificate of Title for a parcel of land measuring 16,993 square feet, situated at Fig Tree, St. John’s Parish, Nevis, pursuant to the Title by Registration Act, Cap. 10.19.
