Regional disaster management and climate change addressed at workshop in Cuba
Disaster risk management, climate change, and regional ecosystems and communities were addressed by Caribbean experts gathered in Havana during a workshop on these issues.
The event opened last Monday with a question-and-answer session aimed at considering comprehensive actions related to the environment, technology, infrastructure, the economy, society, in an effort to prevent and reduce the impact of natural phenomena.
