St Lucia opposition describes new citizenship rules as ‘desecration’

Opposition leader, Philip J Pierre, has described recent changes to Saint Lucia’s citizenship by investment programme (CIP) by the current United Workers Party (UWP) government as a “desecration” of the programme.
