Member of the Essence of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation, Pamela Armstrong says the competition saw students using their creativity to create a symbol that would be placed on t-shirts for a breast cancer walk.

The walk-a-thon will be held as part of the Breast Cancer Awareness Week of Activities to be held from October 17.

The Essence of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation was founded in July 2010, to help raise awareness of breast cancer in the federation.
