(ZIZ News) – Eleven acts were announced, on Thursday morning, as confirmed performers for the 19th annual St. Kitts Music Festival.
A press conference was held at the Ministry of Tourism’s Conference Room at Port Zante and featured remarks from Tourism Minister Hon. Lindsay Grant, Festival Chairman Faron Lawrence, Production Manager Adrian Lam and Chief Executive Officer of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority Racquel Brown.
To date, the organising committee has confirmed performances from Roy Cape of Roy Cape All-Stars, Ricardo Drew, Blaxx, Kerwin Dubois, Benjai, Patrice Roberts, T-Vice and Tono Rosario on opening night and Christopher Martin, Aswad and Bounty Killer on Friday night. No acts were announced for Saturday night.
Meantime, Production Manager Adrian Lam announced that up to 2013, the festival had facilitated 114 local acts, 118 regional artists and 120 international artists.
The St. Kitts Music Festival will be held at the Warner Park Football Stadium from June 25th-27th 2015.
