180 Middle-Income Home Developments Launched Across St. Kitts

Basseterre, St. Kitts, December 13, 2021 — The Government through the Ministry of Human Settlement under the leadership of the Hon. Eugene Hamilton has partnered with national developers Deon Daniel and Associates, to launch a 180 Middle Income Home Development. The Liamuiga Housing development was officially launched on Saturday afternoon.

The Liamugua Development will be pursued in four phases and Each phase will consist of approximately 45 beautifully appointed, furnished, modern, homes constructed on prime land in various rural communities in St. Kitts. The first phase of the Liamuiga Housing Development is in Cayon.

Phase 2 of the development will be constructed in Sandy Point, Phase 3 in Challengers, and Phase 4 in Tabernacle. The 4 phases will total 180 – 185 Homes and will be constructed over a 7 year period.

Liamuiga Housing Development will also consist of communal spaces to be used by owners – such as Restroom Facilities, A Kitchen and Gazebo As well as a kids playground, and a commercial spaces to be used for a small mini-mart for shopping.

Available Homes range from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The one-bedroom property is 1300 square feet on 5000 square ft of land for EC 475k.

Two-bedroom homes are 1700 square ft on a 5000 or 8000 square foot lot for EC 575k and

Three-bedroom homes are 2500 square feet on an 8000 square foot lot for EC675k.
