St. Pauls Retains Championship Title Undefeated

D’Nazrii Harris Scores 29 Goals, Sweeps Major Awards

BASSETERRE: St. Pauls Primary retained their championship crown Thursday at Warner Park, completing an unbeaten tournament run with a commanding 4-1 victory over Saddlers Primary in front of passionate supporters.

Denver Kelly starred in the final, scoring twice and earning Player of the Match honors. Jahlani Evelyn added two goals as St. Pauls dominated from kickoff. Joel Hanley netted Saddlers’ consolation goal, showing fighting spirit despite the scoreline.

The tournament’s standout performer was undoubtedly D’Nazrii Harris, who captured three major awards including Most Valuable Player, Zone B MVP, and the Golden Boot after netting an astonishing 29 goals throughout the competition. His exceptional scoring record underscored St. Pauls’ attacking dominance all season.

St. Pauls claimed five individual awards total, with Jovaugne Leader winning Most Outstanding Goalkeeper, Jaquandre Dasent taking Most Outstanding Defender, and Jaii Leader earning Most Outstanding Midfielder recognition.

In the third-place playoff, Sandy Point Primary defeated Halliday-Smith Primary 4-2 on penalties after a scoreless draw. Raziel Wyatt was named Player of the Match as Sandy Point showed composure in the shootout.

Cayon Primary’s Jorisha Rouse won Most Outstanding Female Player, while Saddlers Primary received the Fair Play Award despite their final loss. Ayden Eddy of Sandy Point claimed Zone A MVP honors.

The Department of Sports thanked title sponsor St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank, Carib Brewery, media partners, and the passionate parents and supporters who created Warner Park’s electric atmosphere throughout the tournament.
