National Security Forces Undergo RSS Tactical Training

BASSETERRE: personnel from the Regional Security System are underway with a 12-week tactical course at Camp Springfield, involving members of the St. Kitts Nevis Defence Force, the Royal St. Christopher And Nevis Police Force, Customs And Excise, and His Majesty’s Prison.

As part of the programme, participants are undergoing jungle survival training, where their endurance, discipline and fieldcraft are being tested in demanding conditions.

Officials say the training focuses on building tactical skills, teamwork and leadership under pressure, as officers prepare for complex security operations.

The course forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen operational readiness across the security services.
