FA Cup Football Returns to St. Kitts & Nevis
Football fever grips the twin-island Federation as the 2026 SKNFA FA Cup gets underway.
BASSETERRE: The St. Kitts and Nevis Football Association’s FA Cup is back, and fans have a week-long feast of football to look forward to as the Preliminary Round and Round of 16 unfold from March 23 to 28 across two venues — Saddlers and The Gardens.
The action kicks off Monday, March 23, at Saddlers with a double-header that promises fireworks. Mantab opens the night against Conaree Fireball International at 6PM, followed by Village Galaxy squaring off against Lodge Patriots at 8PM. The following evening at The Gardens, Saddlers United take on Rivers of Living Water FC, while Security Forces United clash with Trinity/Challengers United.
By March 27, the tournament steps up a gear as the Round of 16 begins. Bath United face Molineux Pitbulls at 6PM at The Gardens, with Village Superstars taking on the winner of the Conaree/Mantab Preliminary clash at 8PM. Over at Saddlers, St. Paul’s United battle the winner of the SFU/Trinity match, and Old Road United Jets go up against Dieppe Bay Eagles.
The final day of action, March 28, brings the curtain down on the opening week. Conaree FC meet the winner of the Saddlers/Rivers tie, St. Peters FC take on Newtown United, Garden Hotspurs face the Village Galaxy/Lodge winner, and Cayon Rockets close the round against Sandy Point FC.
Organisers have promised a week of “thrilling upsets, dominant performances, drama, passion, and unforgettable moments on the pitch.”
Fans should note that the Premier League and Division 1 weekend fixtures have been temporarily suspended to accommodate the Interschool Athletics Championship.
With 16 clubs battling for a spot in the next round and local pride very much on the line, the question on every fan’s lips is simple: who rises, and who falls?
All matches kick off at either 6PM or 8PM at Saddlers or The Gardens
