Patriotic Fair Showcases SKN Culture in Havana
Basseterre — The St. Kitts and Nevis Embassy in Havana has successfully concluded its fourth biannual Patriotic Fair, bringing a vibrant celebration of national culture to Cuba.
The two-day event, held at the embassy grounds in Miramar, drew members of the diplomatic corps, the Caribbean community, local authorities, and members of the public. Attendees enjoyed a rich display of St. Kitts and Nevis creativity through art, fashion, local produce, handcrafted items, and literary works.
Organisers described the fair as an important platform for cultural exchange and for strengthening bilateral relations between the Federation and Cuba.
The fair highlighted the talent and diversity of Kittitians and Nevisians living abroad while fostering greater appreciation and friendship with the host nation.
For many in the diaspora and those following from home, the event served as a proud reminder of national identity and the strong cultural bonds that continue to grow between St. Kitts and Nevis and Cuba.
The successful staging of the fourth edition reinforces the embassy’s ongoing efforts to promote St. Kitts and Nevis on the international stage through people-centred cultural diplomacy.
