Property Tax Payments Due By July 31st

BASSETERRE: The Inland Revenue Department is reminding property owners in St. Kitts that the deadline for property tax payments was June 30th 2026.

The department is encouraging property owners who have not yet paid their property tax to do so by Thursday, July 31st 2026.

Meanwhile, the Inland Revenue Department is advising property owners that interest and penalties have not yet been applied because of late payment, making this an excellent opportunity for those in arrears to settle their tax obligations before additional charges become due.

Payments for property tax can be made through smarts quick pay at www.sknird.com/quickpay, the National Bank payment portal or in person at the Inland Revenue Department.
