ZIZ News — Arrests
Vaughan Byron of New Street, Basseterre was formally arrested and charged for Being Found at Night with Intent to Commit a Felony, which was committed on 6th April 2014.
Vancito Dore of Upper Cayon was formally arrested and charged for Refusing to Give Name and Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon, which were committed on 8th April 2014 on the Main Road, Cayon.
Leon Francis of St. Paul Village was formally arrested and charged for Throwing Missiles to Endanger Persons, which was committed on 3rd April 2014.
Sheryl Dunrod of West Farm was formally arrested and charged for Larceny, which was committed on 8th April 2014 at Ram’s Supermarket, Bay Road.
Court Convictions
District “A” Magistrate Court
James Weeks of Liburd Hill, Nevis was convicted for Careless Driving, which was committed on 19th May 2013, and fined $250.00 which is to be paid in seven (7) days or in default will serve seven (7) days in prison.
Livincia Warner of Old Road was convicted for Careless Driving, which was committed on 22nd June 2013, and fined $250.00 which is to be paid in seven (7) days or in default will serve seven (70 days in prison.
Keithlyn Douglas of St. Paul Village was convicted for Careless Driving, which was committed on 18th September 2013, and fined $600.00 which is to be paid in six (6) weeks or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
Nigel Matthew of Saddlers was convicted for Careless Driving, which was committed on 5th February 2014, and fined $600.00 which is to be paid in six (6) weeks or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
Albert Millington of Lime Kiln Project was convicted for Careless Driving, which was committed on 18th March 2013, and fined $400.00 which is to be paid in six (6) weeks or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
