(ZIZ News) — Thriscan Hendrickson of Hermitage Road, Old Road was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for Driving without a valid and unexpired Drivers Licence and Driving without Insurance Policy, which were committed on 18th March 2015. Hendrickson was granted bail and will be required to appear in court shortly to answer to the charge laid against him.

Marlon Williams of Hamilton Estate was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for Possession of Cannabis, which took place at Hamilton Estate on 18th March 2015. Williams was granted bail and will be required to appear in court shortly to answer to the charge laid against him.

Everson Stanley of Stadium view Sandy Point was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for driving an unlicensed vehicle and Driving without licence and insurance which were committed on 21st March 2015. Stanley was granted bail and will be required to appear in court shortly to answer to the charge laid against him.

In other News: Erastus Laville of West Bourne Ghaut was formally charged and cautioned for Possession of Firearm, Possession of Ammunition and discharging a loaded firearm, which was committed on 18th March 2015. Laville was remanded at Her Majesties Prison awaiting his trial.

Aldrick Martin of New Ponds Site was formally charged and cautioned for Refusing to give name, Resisting Arrest and Insulting Language, which occurred on 19th March 2015. Martin was granted bail and will be required to appear in court shortly to answer to the charge laid against him.

Leon Griffin of Happy Hill was formally charged and cautioned for Possession of Cannabis and Possession with intent to supply, which were committed on 20th March 2015.

Travis Brazier of Government Road was formally charged and cautioned for Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 20th March 2015. Brazier was granted bail and will be required to appear in court shortly to answer to the charge laid against him.

Also: Constadine Liburd of Conaree Village was convicted for beating a Paul Liburd of Conaree, which was committed on 9th September 2014. Liburd was given a 6 weeks suspended sentence which has been suspended for a period of 12 months; that is if he commits any offence within 12 months’ time, the 6 weeks sentence will then take effect.

Roosevelt Dore of Stapleton Village was convicted for wounding a Simon Davis of Douglas Extension. Dore was sentence to serve a 12 months imprisonment and also ordered to pay compensation of $2,500 to the V/C in 4 months’ time. In default 12 months imprisonment.
