Armed robbery in Nevis

(ZIZ News) — The police are investigating a report of an armed robbery at Chirianella Bar, a business on Government Road, Nevis at about 11.15pm on Friday.

According to reports two unknown armed masked men, dressed in all black clothing entered their location and demanded money.

Reports indicate the thieves made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The police have processed the scene and searched the area but say nothing useful was found.

They are asking anyone with information about the incident to call the nearest police station.

Investigations are ongoing.
