High court in Trinidad rejects Warner’s legal challenge to extradition
Former FIFA vice president Jack Warner has lost his lawsuit challenging his extradition to the United States to answer charges of fraud arising out of the massive FIFA bribery scandal.
Delivering a 50-page ruling in the High Court on Wednesday afternoon, Justice James Aboud dismissed the claim for judicial review brought by Warner, CNC3 reported.
