Two Bills to Be Introduced at 4th Sitting of Nevis Island Assembly

Two bills are expected to be introduced by Hon. Spencer Brand, Minister of Physical Planning and Environment, when the Nevis Island Assembly sits in Chambers at Hamilton House on Thursday October 04, 2018.

According to the order paper circulated by clerk of the assembly Myra Williams, the Nevis Physical Planning and Development Control (amendment) Bill, 2018, will replace the Nevis Physical and Development Control Ordinance, Chapter 6.09 (n) and the Nevis Investment Promotion Agency (amendment) Bill, 2018 will replace the Nevis Investment Promotion Agency Ordinance, Chapter 6.12 (N).

The sitting will be the fourth since the Nevis Island Assembly’s first sitting in January 2018.
