Reach for Recovery Hosts Fundraiser

ZIZ News—17th September, 2013–The reach for recovery SKB Breast Cancer support group hosted its second annual shades of pink fundraiser on Monday at the Palm Court Gardens.

For this event, guests were asked to wear something pink to celebrate the strength of breast cancer survivors.

Chairperson of Shades of Pink, Markysa O’loughlin says the event was organized to raise funds for reach for recovery’s upcoming activities for breast cancer awareness month.

A silent auction was held where a new Blackberry Z10 Smartphone was given away.

The Digicel Dl600 Smartphone with one free 4G data service was also raffled.
