St. Kitts Diabetes Association Quarterly Meeting
Basseterre, St. Kitts, June 25, 2019 (ZIZ News): The St. Kitts Diabetes Associated held their quarterly meeting on Sunda
y at the Anglican Church Hall on the topic “Diabetes and Nutrition”.
Presentations were done by Dr. Sylvia Tai, a trained diabetes educator from Taiwan as well as Cherryann Weaver, a local health educator.

The presenters focused on issues surrounding meal composition and looked at commonly used food items that are often used in excess.
The St. Kitts Diabetes Association will be hosting another quarterly meeting on the topic “Diabetes and the skin” in approximately three months.
