Police Updates (January 07, 2014)

(ZIZ) Bernell “BJ” Whyte of Fort Thomas Road was formally arrested and charged for being armed with an offensive weapon, which was allegedly committed at the Pelican Mall at about 9:10am on 3rd January, 2014.

Craig Charles of Farm’s Site, Sandy Point was formally arrested and charged for three (3) counts of aggravated assault which were allegedly committed on 1st November 2013, 2nd November 2013 and 2nd January 2014.

Laurena Liburd Millard of Water Works, Cayon was formally arrested and charged for fraud, which was allegedly committed between the 20th March, 2013 and 25th March, 2013 at Basseterre.

A juvenile was formally arrested and charged for battery on police and resisting arrest, which were allegedly committed on 3rd January, 2014.

Clecton Phillip of Musgrave Street, Basseterre was formally arrested and charged for disorderly conduct by making noise, which was allegedly committed at Frigate Bay on 4th January 2014.
