(ZIZ)– Sean Rogers alias “5 pac” of Conaree was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of cannabis with intent to supply, which was committed on 17th January, 2014.

Doval Henry alias “Dutty” of Stapleton Village was formally arrested and charged for receiving which was committed on 25th November, 2013.

Imbookeal Bryan (Bubba) of Stapleton Village was formally arrested and charged for House Breaking and Larceny, which was committed on 25th November, 2013.

Stephen Pemberton of Keys Village was formally arrested and charged for Breaching the Terms and Conditions of a Restraining Order, which was committed on 17th January, 2014.

Bissondy Somra of Taylors Village was formally arrested and charged for Driving Without Insurance and Driving Without a Valid and Unexpired Drivers License, which were committed 16th January, 2014 at Thompson Street, Ponds Pasture.

Jason Stevens of New Guinea for Building Breaking and Larceny which was committed between 28th and 29th December 2013 at Food Center St. Kitts LTD at Buckley’s Estate.

Justin Steven of Conyers was formally arrested and charged for Building Breaking and Larceny, which was committed between 28th and 29th December 2013.

Jeshorn Mills of Pond Road, Basseterre was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunitions, which was committed 15th January, 2014.

Leshawn Dore of Upper Cayon was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 17th January, 2014.

Clyde Junior Bailey of Pitcairn Street, Newtown was formally arrested and charged for Building Breaking and Larceny, which was committed on 13th January, 2014 at the Seven Day Adventist Clinic.

Trevor Willette of Pond Road was convicted for Larceny which was committed on 30th April, 2013, and sentenced to prison for one (1) year and five (5) months with Hard Labour.

Jason Eddy of New Pond Site was convicted for Obstruction which was committed on 28th October, 2013, and fined $100.00 which is to be paid in seven (7) days or will serve seven (7) days in prison.

Emmanuel Chumney of East Street, Newtown was convicted for Battery which was committed on 5th September, 2012 , and given an eighteen (18) months conditional discharge that is, if the Defendant commits any offence within the next eighteen  (18) months he would be taken back to court for sentencing on this offence.

Brian Delpheche of Manchester Avenue was convicted for Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 9th November, 2012, and fined $300.00 which is to be paid in  fourteen (14) days or will serve seen (7) days in prison.

Winston Bass of Lower Monkey Hill, St Peter’s was convicted for Indecent Language which was committed on 30th April, 2013, and fined $350.00 which is to be paid in seven (7) days or will serve seven (14) days in prison.

Makeel Marryshaw of Corum Alley, Basseterre was convicted for wounding which was committed on 24th October, 2013, and fined $1500.00 which is to be paid in six (6) weeks or will serve six (6) months in prison.

Kemar Francis of bath Village was convicted for Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 7th January, 2014, and fined $2000.00 which is to be paid in six (6) month or will serve six (6) months in prison with hard labour.

Zalima Herbert of Mt. Lilly Nevis was convicted for Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 6th January, 2014, and fined $1500.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or will serve six (6) months in prison.

Nakita Richards, Eric Thompson, Kenville Finch, Delroy Williams and Jermaine Henry all of Ponds Pasture were formally arrested and charged for Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunitions, which were committed on 12th January, 2014.

Carlton Tyson of Jessup Village and Elston Williams of Bath Village was formally arrested and charged for Disorderly Conduct by Fighting, which was committed on 15th January, 2014.

A juvenile was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunitions, which were committed on 15th January, 2014.

A juvenile was formally arrested and charged for Throwing Missiles, which was committed on 17th January, 2014.

Livingston Carey of St. Paul Village was formally arrested and charged for Larceny, which was committed on 17th January 2014.
