A Cotton Ground man to pay a total of Ten Thousand dollars for Cannabis

ZIZ News…Jan 16 2013 — Fitzroy Wilkinson of Cotton Ground was convicted for offences of Possession of Cannabis and Cultivation of Cannabis, which were committed on 5th January 2013.

According to a Police Release following the conviction, for Possession of Cannabis, Wilkenson was fined $5000.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison with hard labour.

On the charge for Cultivation of Cannabis, he was fined $5000.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison with hard labour.
