A number of persons charged for various offences committed in the months of November and December

ZIZ News…Dec 21, 2012 — Formal charges have been made against a number of persons for their part in various crimes.

Among the charges is that of Delroy Delashly of Water Works, Cayon who was formally charged for the offence of Murder of Amanda “Mira” Archibald which was committed on 13th December 2012.

Meanwhile additional charges have been brought against Jarez Underwood of West Bourne Ghaut for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply and Importation of Cannabis into the Federation, which were committed on 19th December 2012 at the Customs Department Bird Rock.

In other Police arrests Milton Phipps aka Shoeshine of Mad House Alley was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Crack Cocaine which was committed on 6th December 2012.

Tandra Fyfield of Shadwell Estate was formally charged with the offences of House Breaking and Larceny which were committed between September 2012 and November 2012.

Sheldon Hawker of Burden Pasture was formally charged with the offences of Driving Without Being Covered by Insurance and Driving Without Valid and Unexpired Driver’s Licence which were committed on 27th November 2012 at Morning Star.

Marcus Mills aka Max of Rawlins Pasture was formally charged with the offence of House Breaking and Larceny which was committed between 5th to 26th November 2012 and Possession of Ammunition which was committed on 6th December 2012.

Jamal Pemberton of Tabernacle was formally charged for the offence of Receiving which was committed between 9th November 2012 and 8th December 2012.

Emris Forbes of Upper Shaw Avenue was formally charged with the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Obstruction under the Drug Act which was committed on 10th December 2012 at Upper Thibou Avenue.

Trevon Rogers of Sandy Point was formally charged with the offence of Possession of Crack Cocaine which was committed on 10th December 2012.

Kevin Chapman of Brown Pasture was formally charged with the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 10th December 2012.

Analdo Browne aka Nandy of Rawlins Pasture was formally charged for the offence of House Breaking and Larceny which was committed between the 5th – 26th November 2012 at Rawlins Pasture.

Mc Laren Pemberton of New Road was formally charged for the offence of Larceny which was committed on 8th December 2012 at TDC.

Emris Forbes of Upper Shaw Avenue was formally charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Obstruction Under the Drug Act which were committed on 13th November 2012.

Sharian Tyrell of Brown Hill was formally charged for the offences of Driving Without Insurance, Driving Without Due Care and Attention, Leaving the Scene of An Accident whcih were committed on 2nd December 2012.

Garfield Chapman of Buckley’s Estate was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply and Cultivation, which were committed on 19th December 2012.
