Accident Near Cinema
Basseterre, St. Kitts, August 30, 2020 (ZIZ News):The police are investigating a traffic accident on Sunday morning near Caribbean Cinemas that sent at least one person to the hospital.
ZIZ’s cameras were on the scene of the collision which involved Motor car PB 904 and a truck P2641pulling a small cart.
The incident occurred at the junction of the Island Main Road and the road heading to the Rivers of Living Water Christian Centre and it left the cart toppled on its side at the side of the road.
The front of the car was extensively damaged and the right rear section of the truck was severely damaged.
The Emergency Medical Services were on the scene and at least one person was taken to the hospital.
The details of the incident are still unclear as police investigations are still underway.
