Arrests and Court Convictions (November 27, 2013)

(ZIZ)—Patrick Howell Jr. of Cane Garden was formally arrested and charged for Battery on Police and Threatening Language, which were committed on 22nd November 2013 at Charlestown.

Jerome Robin aka “Lion” of Pinney’s Beach was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Firearm, Possession of Ammunition Larceny of Firearm and Larceny of Ammunition, which were committed on 21 November 2013.

Meanwhile, Calvin Boyles of Fig Tree, Sandy Point was convicted for Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, which was committed on 30th May 2013 at Fig Tree and Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 4th June 2013 at Fig Tree. He was sentenced to three (3) months imprisonment with hard labour for the Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply charge and for the Possession of Cannabis charge, he was sentenced to one (1) month imprisonment with hard labour.

Steadroy Warner of Frankland, Old Road was convicted for Malicious Damage, which was committed on 4th June 2013 at Fig Tree, and sentenced to one (1) month in prison with hard labour.
