Autopsy result of Azaria Hanley; Arrests

(ZIZ) An autopsy was conducted on the body of the late 15 year old Azaria Hanley of Shadwell Housing Extension on Tuesday 22nd October 2013 by the Resident Pathologist. The autopsy results concluded that the cause of death was a result of Asphyxia by Hanging. The body was handed over to next of kin for further funeral arrangement.

In other news, Philmore Warner of The Alley, Sandy Point was formally arrested and charged for Carless Driving, which was committed on 8th September 2013.

Miles Walters of Cotton Ground was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition, which were committed on 20th October 2013.

Meanwhile, Reginald Thomas aka Calypso Reggie was convicted for Beating, which was committed on 29th May 2013 at Fort Thomas and was sentenced to six (6) months in prison.

Tonya Percival of Stapleton Project was convicted for Insulting Language, which was committed on 10th July 2013 at Stapleton and was sentenced to pay a fine of $750.00 within four (4) months or will serve one (1) month in prison. This is a conditional sentence were this sentence will only take effect, if she commits any offence within one year or fails to attend two (2) months counselling as recommended by Department of Affairs.

Alfred Browne of St. Paul’s, St. Kitts was convicted for Battery on Police, which was committed on 16th April 2013 at Charlestown Pier and was fined $500.00 to be paid with three (3) months or will serve three (3) months in prison with hard labour.

Kleeton Hendrickson of Webbe Ground, Gingerland was convicted for Driving Without Due and Attention, which was committed on 19th July 2013 at Morning Star and was cautioned.

Clem Selkridge of Barnes Ghaut was convicted for Driving Without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 24th May 2013 at Morning Star and was cautioned.

Lesahun Liburd of Golden Rock was convicted for Driving Without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 2nd July 2013 at Pinneys Estate.

Jewel Lockhart of Fountain, Stanatiaus Wallace of New Castle, Andrew Faran of Brick Kiln Village, Todd Pemberton of Craddock Road, Phillip St. Jean of Charlestown and Wendy Elliott of Cotton Ground were convicted for Speeding but charges were with withdrawn.
