Brazil donates animal feed to the Federation

ZIZ News..Sept 26 2012 — Agriculture in St. Kitts and Nevis receives a boost with a donation of animal feed.

The resident Ambassador of Brazil in Saint Kitts and Nevis, Mr. Miguel Magalhaes, announced that the Brazilian government has finalized the donation process to the government of Saint Kitts and Nevis of a container loaded with 8,737 kilos of animal feed.

According to a release, the donation was processed through the Food and Agriculture Organization – FAO of the United Nations.

The contents of the container include chick starter, pullet grower, layer pellets, pig grower, sow ration, pig finisher, rabbit pellet, mill feed and general purpose ration, and are now in the possession of the Department of Agriculture.
