Bronx Crisis edges out PJ’s

BasketballFilePhotoC(Sports Page)— It was a ding-dong battle at the Grell Hull-Stevens Netball Complex on Tuesday night as neighbours PJ’S and Bronx Crisis battled for honours in the local Basketball playoffs.

It was a ‘must win’ game for both teams as they were locked at 1-all in the best of three series.

PJ’S started the game as if they wanted to finish it in a hurry and totally dominated the first quarter.

However, the Bronx team regrouped and slowly but surely clawed their way back into the game, as they led in the remaining three quarters.
