Canadian company names Joel Bartlett Senior Representative for the Caribbean

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, MAY 23ND 2012 (CUOPM) – A Canadian company, interested in setting up business in St. Kitts, has named Kittitian-born Joel Bartlett, Senior Representative – Caribbean islands – for its Mircom Engineered Systems Division (www.mircomes.com).

“We are very excited about the addition of Joel to our Mircom ES team. He brings a vast knowledge of the electrical trade in general and more specifically in fire alarms and security systems, which will help us develop and grow our business presence and opportunity throughout the Caribbean region,” said Mr. Rick Falbo, Vice President, Business and Market Development, of Mircom Group of Companies.

“We have immediate plans with Joel on board to locate a permanent place of business on the island to house our Mircom ES branch. We are also in talks with St. Kitts Investment Promotion Agency regarding the potential to begin manufacturing certain Mircom Group Products (www.mircomgroup.com)directly in St. Kitts,” said Mr. Falbo, who recently visited St. Kitts.
