Celebrations In Constituency #7

The residents of Constituency #7 were out in their numbers on Saturday night at a celebratory event for their parliamentary representative, Prime Minister the Hon. Dr. Timothy Harris.

Persons from within and outside the constituency enjoyed free food, drinks and music at a Constituency #7 party held at the Edgar T. Morris Primary School.

The event was planned by a core group of members of the constituency. According to one of the organisers, Myrtilla Williams, this was a chance to mingle and interact with the Prime Minister as they celebrate his recent win at the polls.

Other government ministers, including Deputy Prime Minister, the Hon. Shawn Richards were in attendance.

Ms. Williams said Constituency 7 has a full slate of activities planned for the remainder of the year. The next event is a kite-flying competition slated for Good Friday, April 3.
