Christophe Harbour adds Dinner Service at The Pavilion
BASSETTERRE, ST. KITTS (October 9, 2012) — The Pavilion beach club, Christophe Harbour’s newest amenity at Sandy Bank Bay, will offer reservation-only dinner service to the general public beginning November 14, 2012. Those wishing to dine at The Pavilion will be required to request a reservation at least one day in advance. The Beach House restaurant at Turtle Beach will remain open to be used exclusively for private functions such as weddings, corporate events and large receptions.
“Opening The Pavilion beach club, which is unlike anything else in the region, demonstrates to a larger audience the highest level of service, cuisine and architectural craftsmanship that people have come to expect from Christophe Harbour,” said Bill Lee, Chief Operating Officer of Christophe Harbour. “Much like The Beach House which played an early role in establishing Christophe Harbour in St. Kitts, we believe The Pavilion is the next evolution of the project creating a greater sense of community within Sandy Bank Bay.”
The Beach House staff will transition to The Pavilion providing the same award winning experience led by Executive Chef Damien Heaney, Operations Manager Ericson Browne and Assistant Manager Ian “Threads” Richards.
