Christophe Harbour Names Winner of Employee Excellence Award

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS (February 22, 2012) — Christophe Harbour Development Company, Limited is pleased to announce that James Matthews has received the Employee Excellence Award. Matthews has been a driver and server at the Beach House restaurant since 2008 and continually displays the commitment to service and dedication to making each guest’s experience truly memorable.

“James has proven time and again to be a valuable and important member of the Beach House staff, said Le Grand Elebash, Christophe Harbour Chief Operating Officer. “His willingness to work in every aspect of the operation and be an enthusiastic member of our team makes him deserving of this award.”

The Employee Excellence Award is given each quarter to an employee that displays excellence in his or her position and has earned the admiration of their coworkers through a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go beyond what is required to fulfill their duties.

The winner is nominated by his or her peers and then voted on by the Christophe Harbour management team. Each winner is presented with a certificate of appreciation and USD $250. Past Christophe Harbour employees that have received the Employee Excellence Award include Kishma Boncamper, Vikiesh Pickering, Glenville Francis, Bernell Richards, and Kathleen Brownsdon.
